Protecting On-line Applications

When you apply for an account or certain services online, we request that you provide personal information that is necessary for us to process your application. Your application is confidential, and to ensure that it remains such, the information is sent to us in a "secure session" established with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This technology requires a SSL-capable browser such as MS Internet Explorer 3.0 (or later) or Netscape Navigator 2.0 (or later).

Transmissions are encrypted using public key cryptography algorithms with a maximum key size of 128 bits. Our database is physically separated from our web server and is protected by a physical firewall.

After you complete your online business, we strongly recommend that you end your browser session and never leave your session open when not in attendance of your computer.

Protecting our children

We do not knowingly assign credit or solicit data from children. We do not knowingly market to children under the age of 18 years. We know how important protecting children's identities and privacy online is and that the responsibility to do so rests with both the online industry and with parents.
